Nowadays, Increasing number of people are choosing to work with personal fitness trainers instead of exercising through sports or group classes. There are several reasons behind this trend, and I believe it is beneficial overall.
One key factor behind this adaption is that people can receive professional guidance. They can learn the proper form and avoid making common mistakes while doing exercises . For example, a beginner may not know how to perform certain movements correctly and may develop bad habits

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response is significantly under the required word count of 250 words, reaching only 81 words. Consequently, the task is only partially addressed. While the introduction identifies the trend and states a position, the body paragraph is incomplete and fails to fully develop the reasons or address the second part of the prompt regarding whether this is a positive or negative development. The ideas are introduced but not supported or extended, leading to a failure to meet the basic requirements of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The text shows a basic attempt at logical organization with an introduction and the start of a body paragraph. However, because the response is so short, it is impossible to assess the use of cohesive devices or paragraphing effectively. The progression of ideas is interrupted abruptly. There is a basic attempt to use a transition ('One key factor'), but the lack of further development makes it difficult to evaluate the overall coherence of the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is generally appropriate for the topic, such as 'professional guidance' and 'proper form'. However, the range is very limited due to the brevity of the text. There is an error in the opening sentence ('Increasing number' should be 'An increasing number'), and the word 'adaption' is used incorrectly in this context, as 'adoption' or 'shift' would be more accurate. The limited output prevents the demonstration of a wider or more sophisticated range of vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains a mix of simple and some complex structures. There are grammatical errors, such as the missing article in 'Increasing number' and the awkward phrasing 'doing exercises'. Punctuation is generally correct, but the limited length restricts the ability to demonstrate a wide range of grammatical structures. The sentences produced are clear, but the overall control is limited by the lack of sufficient content to evaluate.
