Student answer (Band 5.5)

In few nations, individuals are increasingly renting the private fitness coach. instead of giving time to doing physical exercises by their own or playing co-curricular activities. It is chiefly because of various reasons, I find that it is a constructive approach which would be elucidated ahead.

Most importantly, with the help of personal trainer people may give time to their body. The reason for the same is that in today's era every person do not have time to do yoga and maintain their body fitness. Moreover, they are bound with their work and have to do multiple tasks in their daily routine in addition to this, if they are hiring an trainer for themselves then they can find some time for their body and keep fit. Besides this, they are able to keep their family fit by joining private classes at their accommodation. As a result, human-beings can make some time for themselves in this fast paced world.

Additionally, they can able to protect them from dangerous diseases. This is because that if residents are leasing the training model for their self health then they can maintain their fit as well as fine. Moreover, they can also safeguard their family members from various disorders such as illness, depression and so on by doing yoga, meditation on a regular basis. Therefore, inhabitants can preserve their health from the several diseases.

To conclude, due to finding the time for their body with the assistance of physical trainer and protect themselves and their family from numerous communicable diseases. I find that it is a positive trend.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for hiring personal trainers and the evaluation of whether this is a positive or negative development. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth. For instance, the reasons provided—lack of time and health benefits—are mentioned but not fully explored with specific examples or logical progression. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments are somewhat generic, which limits the score. To improve, you should provide more concrete examples or detailed explanations for why hiring a trainer is more effective than other forms of exercise.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is a logical flow from the introduction to the body paragraphs and the conclusion. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover', 'Additionally', and 'To conclude'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'The reason for the same is that...'. The connection between sentences could be smoother to improve the overall flow of ideas. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs could be more cohesive to better link the supporting points to the main topic.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, but it is often imprecise or unnatural. For example, 'renting the private fitness coach' is an incorrect collocation; 'hiring' or 'engaging' would be more appropriate. Similarly, 'leasing the training model' is not standard English in this context. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'communicable diseases' and 'fast paced world', there are frequent errors in word choice that occasionally impede the natural flow of the text. Expanding your range of collocations and using more precise terminology would significantly improve your score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('every person do not have time'), incorrect verb forms ('they can able to protect'), and awkward phrasing ('if residents are leasing the training model for their self health'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of commas and sentence fragments. While the meaning is generally understandable, these recurring errors in basic grammar and sentence construction prevent the essay from reaching a higher band score.
