In this hectic work era, instead of doing daily exercises and playing sports, personal fitness trainer are being hired by most of the people due to influence of social media and not pay attention on their own health. I believe that this trend have more negative effects than positive effects on the society.

To commence with, mess media allows everyone included gym trainer to show their skills online videos which directly attract obese viewer who really want to become healthy and fit just like them. For instance, after watching videos that how they have been mantaing their body structure for a long time, societies hire them who help them to make their diet plans, keep tracking their performance, and help them in the exercises which might not be done by all alone. Moreover, mostly people are busy with their work lives so they are not taking care of themselves. Therefore, It is beneficial if professional trainer will be with them.

This trend can affect positively on the society as when people have personal trainer who help them to achieve their desires than they will become physically and mentally healthy with accurate direction according to their requirements of their bodies. However, some trainer may prescribe the fast losing weight medicine that can affect on clients presious body parts like: heart and brain. So, they might get hurt instead of becoming fit.

In conclusion, although personal trainer are helpful to make people healthy but they should hire with full attention and professeional trainer who are eligble f

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for hiring personal trainers and the evaluation of whether this is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. The initial brainstorming notes included in the text are unnecessary and distracting. While the reasons (social media influence, busy schedules) are relevant, the discussion on the negative aspects is slightly underdeveloped and lacks specific examples. The conclusion is incomplete, cutting off mid-sentence, which prevents a fully developed final summary. To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and fully explained supporting points without relying on fragmented notes.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow is hindered by the inclusion of brainstorming notes at the beginning. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To commence with', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion', but they are sometimes applied mechanically. The referencing is occasionally unclear, and the abrupt ending of the essay significantly impacts the overall coherence. To reach a higher band, focus on creating a smoother transition between ideas and ensure that each paragraph is fully formed and logically connected to the central argument without extraneous text.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several spelling errors, such as 'soical', 'mantaing', 'presious', and 'professeional', which occasionally distract the reader. The range of vocabulary is somewhat limited, relying on basic terms like 'good' or 'bad' (implied) rather than more sophisticated alternatives. To improve, work on using more precise collocations related to health and fitness and ensure careful proofreading to eliminate basic spelling mistakes that detract from the professional tone of the essay.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'trainer are being hired', 'this trend have'), missing articles, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'not pay attention on their own health'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors impede the flow of the text. Focusing on basic sentence construction and subject-verb agreement will help improve the accuracy of your writing significantly.
