Fitness has been a part of everyone life nowaday. Although there are many ways to stay fit but nowadays more people tends to have a trainer rather than playing a sport or doing exercises. There are several reasons to this. i will discuss the pros and cons of having personal fitness trainers.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The student addresses all parts of the prompt by identifying reasons for hiring personal fitness trainers and discussing both pros and cons, which partially misinterprets the second part of the prompt asking whether it is a positive or negative development. Instead of taking a clear stance on whether it is positive or negative, the candidate discusses pros and cons generally. For example, the student writes, 'i will discuss the pros and cons of having personal fitness trainers' and subsequently outlines benefits such as goal setting and diet planning, as well as drawbacks like high costs. Ideas are generally relevant, but the lack of a clear evaluative stance on whether the trend is positive or negative prevents the response from reaching a higher band. The development of ideas is somewhat repetitive, particularly regarding busy lifestyles and goal achievement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The response exhibits a basic logical organisation with clear attempts to introduce paragraphs using markers such as 'Firstly', 'Apart from this', and 'Every coin has two sides'. However, paragraphing is inconsistent and sometimes awkward, as seen when the transition between general context and specific reasons is blurred. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often repetitive and sometimes inaccurate, such as starting multiple sentences with 'First and foremost' or 'Apart from this'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the overall progression lacks smooth transitions between ideas. The conclusion attempts to summarise the points but is grammatically fragmented and abrupt. Overall, the structure provides a coherent framework, but mechanical cohesion limits the score to a 5.5.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common items such as 'desirable goal', 'nutrition value', and 'finances'. However, there are frequent spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, such as 'nowaday' instead of 'nowadays', 'acheiving' instead of 'achieving', 'lazier' instead of 'lazier' (with 'more' making it a double comparative 'more lazier'), and 'everone' instead of 'everyone'. Collocations are sometimes awkward, for example, 'doing exercises' instead of 'doing exercise' or 'exercising'. While these lexical inaccuracies and spelling errors are noticeable and require some effort from the reader to decode, they do not entirely impede communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as conditional and relative clauses ('if a person have enough money to have a personal they can have healthy lifestyle'). However, grammatical accuracy is weak, featuring frequent errors in subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'more people tends', 'Current generation donot want', 'a person have', 'triner help'), missing words (e.g., 'personal' used as a noun instead of 'personal trainer'), and double comparatives ('more lazier'). Punctuation is also erratic, with lowercase letters at the beginning of sentences ('i will discuss') and missing punctuation marks. These frequent errors in basic grammar structures cause some difficulty for the reader.
