Student answer (Band 6.0)

In this modern world, the trend of having an instructor for physical fitness obsoletes the importance of participating in other activities as exercising and playing sports as well. A number of causes are leading this tendancy including indivdiuals body types and schedule. Negative aspects of this perspective are being mentioned in upcoming paragraphs.

To begin with reasons, the first and foremost is different body types. It is an deniable fact that every human body type acts differently and consequently, same exercise might not be effective for everyone and at this point need of personal trainer arises not only this but also seperate goals also ignite a spark to this trend as if one person might want to loose weight weight, another's aim can be builiding muscles. Diversity into physical goals creates more individual desires. Moving further towards an obvious reason hectic schedule which does not allow individuls join groups or clubs for fitness. People with different working environment and timing would prefer to have some that fits in their own time rather than imbalancing their whole timetable to fit into a groups at particular time. These reasons often influence people bend toward flexable and personalized traninig sessions.

Shifting toward negative aspects, the importance of sports is not just limited upto physical fitness but bring a nuber of social traits including expanding friend circle, motivating and getting inspired by teammates as well as lending helping hand when needed or vise versa. On the other hand people with personalized trainers will not be able to get this benefits. Another reason is financial burden. Having an individual trainer would cost ten times more than joining an activity into a group and along with diet costs, it can become a huge expense. Everyone might gets effetive by this tread but it will not be afforded by everyone.

After pondering a great deal of thoughts, I have come to conclusion that no doubt having a personal coach will help to achieve personal goal, meanwhile, a sport can bless you various social and interactual benefits.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the task, discussing both the reasons for hiring personal fitness trainers and whether this trend is positive or negative. The writer identifies key causes such as individual body types, specific goals, and hectic schedules, while also evaluating the social and financial implications. The position is clear throughout the essay. However, some ideas could be extended further with more specific examples rather than general statements. For instance, the discussion on social traits gained from team sports is introduced but remains somewhat brief. Overall, the task is addressed adequately, placing it firmly in the Band 6.0 to 6.5 range for Task Achievement, demonstrating a relevant and well-structured response to the prompt's dual questions.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay has a coherent overall arrangement and follows a logical structure, moving from an introduction to reasons, then to negative aspects, and finally a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas. Cohesive devices are employed to connect sentences, such as 'To begin with reasons', 'Moving further towards', and 'On the other hand', although some referencing is slightly faulty or mechanical (e.g., 'this perspective are being mentioned'). The progression of ideas is generally clear, but transitional phrases can occasionally feel abrupt. This corresponds to a Band 6.0 for Coherence and Cohesion due to the adequate organisation and logical sequencing of points.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common items such as 'obsoletes', 'densely', 'flexable', and 'financial burden'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, including 'tendancy' instead of 'tendency', 'indivdiuals' instead of 'individuals', 'loose weight weight' instead of 'lose weight', and 'effective' instead of 'affected'. While these errors do not impede communication, they restrict the lexical score. The writer shows an understanding of vocabulary related to fitness and lifestyle, but precision and control are lacking in places. This performance reflects a solid Band 6.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting relative clauses and conditional structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and punctuation slips, such as missing articles ('at particular time', 'to fit into a groups'), incorrect verb forms ('people with personalized trainers will not be able to get this benefits'), and run-on sentences. For example, the sentence starting with 'It is an deniable fact' contains a typo and minor structural awkwardness. The majority of sentences contain minor errors, though communication is rarely impeded. This indicates a clear Band 6.0 performance for grammatical range and accuracy.
