In many countries, people hire professionals to give them fitness traning. However, they are so reluctunt towards sports and outdoor activities.

There are several reasons behind this trend. Firstly, many people have a goal to achieve their dream phisique therefore it is indispensable for them to get training from fitness trainer. Secondly, they prefer to do physical exercise under observation to avoid serious health injeory. For instance, young people are inclined to start gym with personal trainer so they can gain the basic knowledge of gym and workouts as well as they stay safe from injeory. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, exploring reasons for hiring personal trainers (such as achieving a dream physique and avoiding injury) and giving an opinion on whether it is a positive or negative development. However, the ideas are relatively brief and lack full extension or concrete examples from personal experience. Furthermore, the response falls significantly short of the word count requirement, containing only 177 words compared to the minimum of 250 words. This severe under-length prevents full development of the task and places the response firmly within the lower-mid band categories.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, showing a basic structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a brief conclusion. Cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'Lastly', and 'Apart from that' are used to sequence ideas, although some of the referencing and linking is slightly mechanical or awkward, such as 'Whereas, you might skip playing sport everyday.' The overall progression is discernible, guiding the reader through the writer's arguments, but paragraphing and overall organizational flow are affected by the brief nature of the text.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The student uses an adequate vocabulary for the task, attempting some topic-specific terms such as 'physique', 'diet plan', and 'workouts'. However, there are notable spelling errors throughout the text, including 'traning' instead of training, 'reluctunt' instead of reluctant, 'phisique' instead of physique, 'injeory' instead of injury, and 'routin' instead of routine. These lexical slips and minor inaccuracies prevent the response from achieving a higher band score, though the meaning remains generally clear.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as 'young people are inclined to start gym with personal trainer so they can gain the basic knowledge...' There are several grammatical errors present, such as missing articles ('start gym with personal trainer', 'precise meal', 'train accurate') and prepositional inaccuracies. However, despite these errors, communication is rarely impeded, and the basic grammar of the simpler sentences remains under control.
