Student answer (Band 5.5)
Now a days, in some countries, more and more people are hiring personal fitness trainer, rather than playing sports or doing excercises. And there are several reasons for that.Let's talk about that in detail.
In my opinion, firstly, people are hiring them for the motivation required to work out on daily basis. Some trainers keep giving you rewards if you are able to achieve daily goals.Meanwhile, others motivates them by appreciating there daily efforts.
Secondly, you get a proper guidline or map to reach your goal according to your desire. For example, one wants to just reduce the weight, while other wants to build some muscle. So both can get benefit by a specialised plan designed for them, tailored according to their needs or wishes.
People also avoid playing sports due to injury risks.A recent survey in Uk showed that people are scared to play football, because they think that there feet can get fracture. So to avoid such unfortunate circumstances, people are more prone towards gyms or fitness centers.
Excercise classes are relativley cheaper than hiring a fitness trainer but people feel that they are not giving you enough attention one to one. They are just teaching everyone generally. They are not tailored according to one's needs.
In my opinion, getting a personal trainer is not giving any disadvantages, except for being expensive for oneself. In today's world, where our lifestyle has become more and more sedentry, trying to be physically active by any means, weather it is by getting a fitness trainer, playing sports or attending excercise classes, just staying active is the utmost need in today's world.
In conclusion, getting a fitness trainer is mostly beneficial for oneself by keeping them motivated for fitness and providing them with map to reach their goals.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you give several reasons for hiring trainers, including motivation, personalised guidance, injury concerns and dissatisfaction with group classes, and you clearly judge the trend as positive overall. The examples about different fitness goals and the football survey help make the reasons relevant. However, some points are less fully explained than others. The injury argument focuses on fear of football injuries but does not explain why a personal trainer is a safer alternative, and the survey is mentioned without enough detail to support it. Your conclusion restates the benefits but could more directly weigh the advantages against the cost you acknowledge. Develop these links to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for reasons, a paragraph giving your opinion, and a conclusion. Sequencing ideas with “Firstly” and “Secondly” helps the reader follow the main points. However, progression is sometimes mechanical, and the opening phrase “Let’s talk about that in detail” does not establish a clear direction. Some links between ideas are abrupt: the paragraph about injury risks is followed by the comparison with exercise classes without a transition explaining how these points relate. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, as in “they are not giving you enough attention” after mentioning classes. Use more precise links and make each paragraph’s relationship to your overall argument explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “motivation,” “specialised plan,” “injury risks,” and “physically active.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “tailored according to their needs.” However, spelling errors and imprecise or repetitive wording are noticeable, including “excercises,” “guidline,” “sedentry,” and repeated use of “people” and “fitness trainer.” Some phrases are unnatural, such as “rewards if you are able to achieve daily goals” and “providing them with map.” These do not prevent understanding, but they limit precision and fluency. Check spelling carefully and build a wider range of natural collocations for describing exercise, coaching and health benefits.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the contrast in “one wants to just reduce the weight, while other wants to build some muscle” and the conditional idea about achieving daily goals. The overall meaning is generally understandable, but errors occur across sentence structures, agreement, articles and punctuation. For example, “others motivates them” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “hiring personal fitness trainer” needs an article. In “there feet,” the possessive form is incorrect, and several sentences run together because spaces after full stops and commas are missing. Some longer sentences, especially the final sentence of the opinion paragraph, become difficult to control. Practise accurate sentence boundaries and check agreement and articles when editing.
