Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is often argued that, most of people are getting their own personal fitness trainer, rather than going to ground for playing games or doing exercise at home or outside in few countries. I will explain the reasons behind it and effects in forthcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, there are many people who are working in two or more than organizations to survive in their life and fulfill their family desires but they could not get time to take care themselves at home. Moreover, they have also pressure of work to do on time and be punctual at work all the time, then they do not get time to play games or do exercises. For example, according to the survey the statistic data is showing that due to the overload of work and less time individuals are having junk food then healthy diet or doing exercises in their life. As a result, people are hiring personal fitness trainer due to the limited time and can not able to focus on themselves because of work stress.
Additionally, some individuals do not have knowledge about any exercises or healthy diet, due to the lack of details they prefer to hire personal trainer to fit and healthy in their entire life. For instance, there are many international players who hired they personal trainers because they do not have that much knowledge to be fit and follow the healthy diet and trainer helps them which exercise and gym equipment should they use. Therefore, It is helpful for those people who do not know about equipments and exercises.
In conclusion, from my perspective it is positive development because people try to stay fit in their life it does not matter by themselves or by someone's help and its also giving the opportunities to others who know about it such as trainers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question: you give reasons for hiring trainers, including limited time and lack of exercise knowledge, and clearly state that you see this as a positive development. The examples about work pressure and athletes help make the reasons relevant. However, the discussion of whether this trend is positive is brief: the conclusion mainly says people can stay fit and trainers gain opportunities, without explaining these benefits in depth or considering any limitations. Some supporting claims, such as the survey reference, are vague and not clearly connected to the argument. Develop each reason with a specific explanation and expand the evaluation of the trend to make the response more complete and convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting reasons, and a conclusion that states your view. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Additionally,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main stages. However, some links between ideas are mechanical, and several sentences combine multiple points without showing their relationship clearly. For example, the first body paragraph moves from work commitments to punctuality, then to a survey and junk food before returning to hiring trainers. The reference “it” in “Therefore, It is helpful” is also unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main point and use clearer links between cause, example, and result.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “personal fitness trainer,” “work stress,” “healthy diet,” and “gym equipment,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts to use more formal expressions, such as “limited time” and “positive development.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations sound unnatural, sometimes making meaning less clear. Examples include “going to ground,” “fulfill their family desires,” and “fit and healthy in their entire life.” Some terms are repeated, particularly “time,” “people,” and “trainer.” Build a wider set of natural phrases for discussing exercise, work-life pressures, and health, and check that each phrase fits its context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “because,” “who,” and “that,” and the overall meaning can usually be followed. However, complex structures are often inaccurate, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction occur throughout. For example, “they could not get time to take care themselves” needs a clearer verb pattern, while “people are hiring personal fitness trainer” has an article and number problem. The sentence beginning “As a result” also contains an incomplete construction: “can not able to focus.” Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a correctly formed subordinate clause, then check articles, subject–verb agreement, and verb patterns.
