Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this fitness trend, All people are doing exercise in their own way, Some people prefer to hire trainer, fitness trainer, and do join exercise classes and pjoin sports club to stay fit. In some country, most of society people choose to do expfitness activities under trainer so they get real guidance and proper method of exercising, use of equipment, $\mathbb{f}$ People can stay healthy and fit by doing exercise in learning exercise on youtuber or google and they can choose sports to improve physical strength. I believe that It is a negative development to go with fitness trainer only and overlook other fitness aspects.
There are many reasons for hire fitness trainer but today I will talk about main two reasons. Firstly, people do influence by advertising, actors and friends. Many gyms offer competitive seasonal offer to individuals, which attracts them to join gym and many actors talk about their personal fitness trainer for their fitness in podcasts and other media platforms. So, many people follow their role model and hire a personal trainer. Although personal trainers provide customized workout routine to individuals and groups also they motivate their trainees and give them full safety instructions. People go with their own trainers because of their guidance and proper diet plans to reach their health and fitness goals. For example, one of my friends join gym and hire personal trainer for 3 months because of her marriage and she want to loose weight and perfect body structure and she got real guidance and relevant advice from their trainer and she reached their goal. After meet their expectations she is so happy and confident also looks so pretty and beautiful on her wedding.
Nevertheless, I think it is a negative development because of personal trainer demands extra cost and time. People have to pay extra fees apart from their gym fees to trainer and have to follow strict diet rules. So, sometimes it might be difficult to follow diet specifically on family occasions and festivals. Moreover, trainer has their own specific time and requirements of exercise which trainees have to do such activities no matter they feel not comfortable. Instead of it people being fit and healthy by joining workouts classes and joining sports activities. It gives people a free space and offer enjoyment with learning. Happiness is key role in healthy lifestyle. Workout classes and sports also helps to improve people’s strength and fitness levels. It gives them a next level of happiness and confidence. Additionally, people get all health benefits in minimal amount of fees or some exercise classes provides free of cost training. For instance, I have joined fitness club where they provide zumba training, yoga and other sports activities. I learn their so many different exercise and fitness activities. It helps me to stat healthy and active.
To conclude, Fitness trainer offer great guidance and fitness exercises also motivate individuals and groups for stay focused on goals but sometimes individual feels restricted for such foods and activities. Whereas, workout classes and sports helps to maintain healthy lifestyle and improve fitness without any restrictions. Also it gives good level of happiness and comfort.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you give reasons people hire trainers, including advertising, role models, tailored guidance and motivation, and you clearly state that you see this as a negative development. Your examples about your friend and your own fitness club make the discussion relevant. The negative view is supported with points about extra fees, strict diets and reduced flexibility, and you contrast these with the enjoyment and affordability of classes and sports. However, some reasons are developed more fully than others: the advertising point is explained briefly, while the personal example takes considerable space. The claim that trainer-led exercise is negative also needs a more balanced explanation of when its benefits may outweigh its drawbacks. Develop each main reason with a clear explanation and keep examples tightly linked to the argument.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on reasons, a paragraph explaining your view, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “Firstly,” “Nevertheless,” and “To conclude” helps readers follow the broad direction. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven. The first body paragraph moves from advertising to trainer benefits and then to a long wedding example, so the relationship between these points is not always clear. Some linking is mechanical or imprecise, as in “Instead of it” and “Whereas,” and repeated references to “people” and “trainer” make the flow less smooth. Group related ideas together, use clearer references, and make each paragraph’s opening sentence state its main point. This would create a more consistent progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “customized workout routine,” “diet plans,” “fitness levels,” and “physical strength,” and you attempt phrases such as “competitive seasonal offer” and “role model.” This gives you enough vocabulary to discuss the topic, but control is limited: several collocations and word forms sound unnatural or obscure meaning, for example “perfect body structure,” “reach their health and fitness goals,” and “a next level of happiness.” There are also spelling and word-choice slips, including “loose weight” and “stat healthy.” Repeated use of “fit,” “fitness,” and “trainer” further limits range. Build a bank of natural collocations for exercise and personal training, and check spelling and word forms during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “because,” “although,” and “which,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, complex structures are often not controlled accurately, and errors recur in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction. For example, “people do influence by advertising” needs a passive form, while “Workout classes and sports also helps” has a subject–verb agreement error. In “After meet their expectations,” the verb pattern is incorrect, and “she want to loose weight” shifts agreement and tense. Some sentences also run several ideas together, making punctuation and clause boundaries unclear. Practise accurate sentence patterns and check each sentence for a clear subject, correctly formed verb, and appropriate punctuation.
