Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowdays, it is more common to get a personal fitness coach as compare to playing outdoor games and exercise in some nations. there are many reasons that why people are choosing personal trainer over sports that are written below.
First of all, in this modern world everyone is busy and sometime a person have no one to play with. therefore a person always feel alone when its come to sports and here he choose the simple and more easy option to stay fit that is hire someone who can help him get desirable fitness goals. Secondly, social media is also play a vital role to convince people to get trainer rather than play a sport. In most of vedio is shown that it is more easy to stay fit when you have a coach. for example, nowdays most of people see celebrities or social influnencer having a person guide for their fitness journy and they follow as they do.
Morever, the one reason that people love to hire someone is that these people are highly experience in their field.Every person's body is different when its comes to gain and loose weight. Personal trainers have knowledge that which person is need what kind of diet and exercise to get one's dream body.for example, it is prefered that a person should always get a advice from a nutrition when he is getting any kind of suplements.
At the end i would say even though it is very good thing that more people are concerned about their health and try to fix their health issue by doing gym under supervision but it is also a problem as less and less people are getting involve in sports and group exercise where people used to socialize.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you give reasons for choosing a trainer, including busy schedules, difficulty finding someone to exercise with, social-media influence, and access to expertise, then present a balanced view of the development. Your position is clearest in the conclusion, where you recognise health benefits but also the loss of social participation in sports. Some points are more fully explained than others: the social-media point relies mainly on people copying celebrities, while the final concern about reduced socialising is mentioned briefly rather than supported with an example or explanation. To strengthen the response, explain how these factors affect people and make your overall judgement more explicit throughout, not only at the end.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, moving from reasons to a concluding evaluation, and paragraphing helps separate the main ideas. Sequencing phrases such as “First of all,” “Secondly,” and “Moreover” make the progression easy to follow. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, with several points introduced in a list-like way rather than linked through explanation. Some references are also unclear: “these people” could refer to trainers or people who hire them, and “as they do” does not clearly identify the action being copied. The conclusion introduces the positive and negative effects together but does not develop their relationship. Use clearer referencing and connect each example directly to the claim it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “personal fitness coach,” “fitness goals,” “social media,” “nutrition,” and “supplements.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions such as “under supervision” and “socialise.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less natural, for example “vedio,” “influnencer,” “journy,” and “fix their health issue.” Some combinations are also awkward, such as “get a personal fitness coach as compare to” and “a person guide for their fitness.” Aim for accurate collocations and more precise phrasing; this will make your ideas clearer and help you express distinctions between individual training and group exercise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause in “when it comes to sports” and a contrast in the final sentence beginning “even though.” The main message is generally understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries occur across the response. For example, “everyone is busy and sometime a person have” needs consistent agreement, while “social media is also play” combines incompatible verb forms. Several sentences begin with lowercase letters after full stops, and the final sentence is long and difficult to control. Practise checking subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, and divide longer sentences into clear clauses. More accurate complex sentences would improve control without sacrificing variety.
