Student answer (Band 5.0)

It is irrefutable that people are concerning about health issues. Nowadays, people are hiring personal fitness trainer to stay fit, rather than joining exercise class and participating in sports activities. Personal trainier provides you better training and guidance which helps a person to stay healthy.

The primary reason of recuirting an trainer is proper guidance. Currently, most of the fitness trainers are well educated and have a certification. They can easily understand the needs of their client and make a routine, which their client can adapt easily. Moreover, the knowledge of the diet also help their costumer to recover faster. People do not know about the nutrients in the food contents, so the trainiers provides them a proper diet plan which they have to follow. For an instance, some famous athletes have to follow strict training and deit plan suggested by their trainer to enhance their strength and capabilities. This suggest that the role of an training instructor is important to stay fit and healthy.

There are lots of benefits of hiring a personal instructor. Personal instrctor can protect people from injury. Mostly, people do not know the proper form of the exercise and do it in worng way, resulting they injure themself. A instructor will teach proper technique to do that exercise. According to a survey, most of the people injure themself in the gym while doing wrong exercise.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify relevant reasons for hiring a trainer, especially personalised guidance, diet advice and injury prevention. However, the response addresses the task only partially: it does not clearly state whether this is a positive or negative development, and the conclusion is cut off after “so no oi,” leaving your overall answer unfinished. Several points are asserted rather than fully explained; for example, the claim that trainers prevent injuries would be stronger with a specific explanation or example. The athlete example supports the value of training plans, but does not fully show why this trend is positive or negative for people generally. The response is also 7 words below the required minimum. To improve, state your position clearly and develop both the reasons and your evaluation with relevant support.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

Your response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a paragraph about guidance and diet, one about injury prevention, and a conclusion. This gives the reader some organisation, and connectors such as “Moreover” and “In conclusion” help signal relationships. However, there is no clear overall progression to a completed answer because the conclusion is unfinished and the positive-or-negative discussion is not developed. Some links are mechanical or unclear, such as “For an instance” and “This suggest that,” while repeated references to trainers and proper guidance make the progression feel repetitive. The injury paragraph also ends without connecting its example back to your overall position. Plan each paragraph around one clear point, use referencing more precisely, and finish with a complete conclusion that answers both parts of the question.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of task-related vocabulary, including “certification,” “nutrients,” “diet plan,” “proper technique,” and “capabilities,” which helps communicate the topic. There are also attempts at more specific phrasing, such as “strict training” and “recover faster.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes interrupt reading: “trainier,” “recuirting,” “costumer,” “worng,” and “deit” appear in place of the intended words. Some collocations are unnatural, including “joining exercise class,” “the knowledge of the diet,” and “do wrong way.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations such as “attend exercise classes,” “nutritional knowledge,” and “perform an exercise incorrectly.” Proofreading spelling and choosing more precise collocations would make your vocabulary more effective.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “a routine, which their client can adapt easily” and a result structure in “resulting they injure themself.” This shows some willingness to vary sentence forms, but control is inconsistent, and errors are frequent enough to make parts of the response difficult to read. Examples include missing or incorrect articles in “hiring personal fitness trainer” and “A instructor,” subject–verb agreement in “the knowledge … help” and “This suggest,” and faulty sentence construction in “resulting they injure themself.” The final sentence is incomplete, which also prevents the conclusion from being grammatically complete. Practise article use, agreement, and complete clause structures, then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and verb.
