Student answer (Band 5.0)

fitness place an important role in day-to-day life because health is wealth, personal trainer plays an important role in person's life rather than playing sports or doing exercise.

firstly personal trainer plays an important role in holistic development of his client, because that guardiane know what's good or bad for his client because he's getting paid for his time and take his job seriously, designed the meal plan in proportion of carbs , protein, fats ,fibre, which will keep the his colleague, both mentally and physically fit, moreover that person spend good hour or so with his customer so that stay focus in gym and motivate there client to be at top of his game , but while playing other curricular activities like basketball, badminton person take more break especially game like ,do more fun with his friend and he diverted from his goal, which is to stay healthy.

thirdly, it really has a positive impact on a person because he or she spent productive time ,as time is money, as example in my keys had a personal trainer. I had seen the nourishment in my body more positive energy in my brain before I used to have in depression and I did my blood work. I had seen the increase in my testosterone level again more muscle everyone is busy in work people who do 9 to 5 job and student who live there in a hostel there schedule is messed up, they hustling for a better future just giving one hour in a day make your whole day good and you are achieving the greatness in a short period of time, as there is a quote "if the base of the building is strong, then Building last long"

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both parts of the question: you give reasons for hiring a trainer, including personalised meal planning, motivation and help staying focused, and you clearly describe the development as positive. Your personal example about improved energy and fitness also supports your view. However, the reasons are not always explained clearly, and some claims—such as sports involving more breaks and distracting people from their goals—are asserted rather than developed or balanced. The discussion also focuses heavily on your own experience, with limited explanation of why this trend is increasing more broadly. To strengthen the response, explain wider causes, such as convenience, tailored programmes or accountability, and develop each point with a clear example or consequence.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic overall structure: an opening, a paragraph about trainers’ benefits, and a final paragraph giving your opinion and an example. Some linking expressions, including “firstly,” “moreover” and “as example,” show attempts to connect ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because several different points are packed into long sentences, and the paragraph beginning “thirdly” does not clearly connect to a second or third reason. References such as “that person,” “his client” and “there client” are also unclear or inconsistent. Use separate paragraphs for the reasons and your evaluation, and make each paragraph develop one main idea. Shorter sentences and more precise referencing would make the argument easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to fitness and health, such as “holistic development,” “meal plan,” “protein,” “motivate” and “testosterone level.” These choices show some range beyond basic everyday language. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, including “fitness place an important role,” “nourishment in my body” and “curricular activities” for sports. Repetition of “important role,” “person” and “good” also limits flexibility, while spelling and word-form errors such as “guardiane” and “there” for “their” affect clarity. Aim for natural combinations such as “play an important role,” “nutritional improvements” and “extracurricular activities,” and check spelling and possessive forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses with “because,” “while” and “so that,” and you use some simple sentences alongside longer structures. However, many sentences are difficult to process because of frequent problems with sentence boundaries, verb forms, agreement and articles. For example, “fitness place an important role” lacks subject–verb agreement, while “designed the meal plan” has no clear subject and does not fit the surrounding verb structure. The sentence beginning “as example in my keys” also combines several ideas without clear punctuation or grammatical links. Practise writing one complete main clause at a time, then add subordinate clauses accurately. Check tense consistency, singular and plural agreement, and punctuation before joining sentences.
