You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I recently enrolled myself in a new part-time course at your college. Unfortunately, I have to cancel this particular program.

Firstly, I have booked the Full Stack Software Development course On 23rd of July 2026 which I want to change it now. Moreover, I had to pay exact 1600$ for this course via e-transfer to the college email.

However, I want to cancel this particular course because it is not related to my career and most importantly I want to learn something which is not only helps to contribute into my studies but also helps me to boost my upcoming future.

Furthermore, soon I am going to become the healthcare professional therefore, I want to select the six months of crash course of Personal Support Worker from the list of all the available courses at your institute.

I hope you will understand my all concerns regarding my part-time course and assist me to transition these courses as soon as possible.
