IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

I am writing this email to discuss a part time course which I boked for the next term, and I need to know about other courses.

Firstly, I would like to inform you that I booked a course at your institute, which is business management, and it is going to start from next month, I like to join and learn about business skills.

In addition, I have a request about something important that if possible could I cancel the registration of my, because I need to change my schedule at work, and I am agree on it my employer will provide me chance to learn this course. I can fulfill all basic requirement for this course, they already have type with a organization where I have to join.

Finally, I am happy to know if you are providing any other courses which I can join with flexible schedule. I am also interested in art and social work could you please give me some option lists.
