You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to concern about the cancellation of my part-time course which I enrolled in college.

Firstly, I enrolled in the cybersecurity course which is going to start this September till April 2027, but after that i also found out this college is offering cloud computing course too. Owing to that I was always interested in Cloud Computing, so I decided to cancel the enrollment in Cyber Security and transfering to another course.

On the other hand, please let me know the procedure how can I apply for the transfer and what documents do I need to submit. I have emailed the Professor already about my concern. Although If possible I would like to select the intake of the course which is starting from the January 2027 till August 2027.

Please let me know about this situation and get back to me as soon as possible
