IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Respected Admin Department,

I hope I am not bothering you. I would like to request, a application for a part-time course, which was lately submitted by me needs to be cancelled.

To begin with, I have applied the application for Machine Learning course to be enrolled in summer term at your campus. Which will be helding for four months. To be specific, I requested for evening batch time.

I was actually looking for a course in which I will be taught a sessions regarding data analysis algorithms and programming. However, when I researched about classes in the ML course mainly focus on automotive algorithms. Therefore, I am planning to switch the course where I can be imparted a data related projects.

Hence, am I still eligible to change the course? If so I am very glad to be part of Big Data Analytics course.

I hope you understand my concern and will be allowed to transfer to another course.
