IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently enrolled for a language learning course at a college for the fall semester because I want to be up to date with latest changes in my field.

I would like to request you to cancel this current course about language learning and help me to to change with other one. Due to some reasons i would like to change my course. Last week, I met my cousin who is working at Meta and we were discussing about this course then he told me as per current scenario I should try to gain knowledge something related to artificial intelligence and data analysis for better career aspects.

So, now i am planning to change my course with artificial machine learning one that will go hand in hand with my current full time course of data researcher. I would like to change my course and i can pay the extra charge for course with penalties due to deadline of the policies.
