You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to cancel booking for the recently booked part-time Machine Learning course.

I booked part-time Machine Learning ML 002, which supposed to be start from next month. Because this course require in-personal 2 hours class start from 7:00 am and from my place there is no public transport available through which I can reach on time. Moreover, this course requires an additional project which must be submitted before end of our regular session and in my regular session, I already overwhelmed with my schedule. These reasons make it difficult for me to manage both my courses at the same interval of time.

Considering the above facts I have decided to go for online data science course DT001, which is also going to start from the same day with no additional projects so I would like to request you to book DT001 instead of ML002.

I hope you got my situation and do the transfer as soon as possible so that I can schedule my future classes accordingly.
