You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir/Madam,

I am PriyaBhavana, a software developer. I have recently registered for a computer Application program which is a part-time 6 month course at your college which is about to start next week Monday May 15. In this letter I would like to discuss about switching this course with another which will also help me for my future endeavours.

Being a software employer I expected this course to help me grow in career. However, with the new changes in the technology seems like this course is not useful for me. And even my management expects me to get certified with a course which would help us with the future projects.

With this being said I would like to enrol for an eight months Azure devops course which starts from June 20. Can you also provide me with the fee details and the timings. I also heard there are limited seats available.

Kindly transfer my admission to the Aure devops course and Let me know if you have any further questions.
