You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

The reason being writing to you regarding the part-time course I enrolled at your institution. Unfortunately, I would like to withdraw my application due to some unforeseen circumstances.

Firstly, I was extremely excited when I booked AI computer programmer course at your college since this might embark me to reach my professional career to extended level. Furthermore, this place has great reviews based on the unique teaching methods and friendly faulty environment reviews given by my other friends.

Unfortunately, I was asked to work on essential project by my company, which occupies most of my time and will have no time to focus on this course, until my project handover ends. Moreover, this journey might also leads to several business trips. Hence, I decided to take back my application at this moment.

However, it will highly appreciated if you could guide me through some other course which will suit my needs and at the same time I can continue my path to reach my desire goals.
