Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I wanted to change the part time course, I booked recently. I have booked baking course of 3 months, which had classes on weekends. This schedule does not match with my availability. Moreover, I found more interesting and useful course in the list.

I have found their computer programming course which is more useful for me and I am really into computer classes. Furthermore, that course is also far match my schedule. Addition to this, I want to know that how can I exchange my part time course. And this will also helps me in getting better part time job while studying. I am currently pursuing associates of arts degree and my student number is [redacted phone]. I am looking forward to your response. I hope I will find admission in computer programming course.
