You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter as a request to cancel my booking to the business management course at your college.

Last month I got admission to the 1-year business analyzation course, and I had paid full amount of the tuition fees. But unfortunately, I got a part-time job in the field of business management and administration. When I consult with my career advisor, he suggested me to either change the course to the same as my job or drop the course. I do not wish to discontinue the course, but if there is any possibility for me to change the course to business management and administration instead of business analyzation, it would be really helpful for me to build my career more stronger.

Moreover, I am ready to pay the fine for the late course change, and I hope I could join with the new batch in the new course.

Please accept my apologies for the late notice.
