You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am formally this writing letter requesting you to cancel my booking for part time course in Arts which I booked for upcoming Saturday.

I really appreciate college efforts on giving students part time course in different field of interest, I have booked an Arts Class unfortunately all my friends have book the music class on same day and so I humble request you to cancel my schedule course for Arts and if possible can you swap it with Music course.

I do understand that informing to change the course in last minutes would be hard for you but based on above mentioned reason if you can consider my request based on situation.

Once again I thank college in putting all the efforts in providing all this valuable and skill developing part time course and I will wait for your response in regards to my request.
