You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

Hope this mail finds you well, my name is Dhanmeet Singh and I am writing this letter to cancel my booking for a part time course and I want to register for another. I was registered for Business Management course in your renowned college on last tuesday but now I had a consultation with my elder brother and some of my seniors, they suggested me to take Hotel Management course. That is why I want to cancel my bookings, also I want to be enrolled in full time course of Hotel Management. Please inform me about the fees, will it be refunded or will be adjusted in the new course I am enrolling.

Moreover, I am requested, please send me details for the Hotel Management course including fees, duration of course and seats available in the same course.

I will be really grateful to hear from you as soon as possible.
