You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Uday. I am writing this letter to request the cancellation of the part time course which I registered in college.

Initially I booked the Business Administration as a part- time course in the college. I thought this course will help me to get new carrier chances on the business side to start my own organization. But later I decided I want to register for Artificial Intelligence course which most of the world is heading forwards to the technology side.

I am planning to register alternative course Artificial Intelligence which already did my bachelors degree in computer science so I know this course will hep me to get most of the chances to get a job in the current market job situation.

I would request if the college provide Artificial Intelligence course as part time I would like to register for the course and cancel my previous course.

I will be waiting for the prompt response.
