You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you for the cancellation of the part time course in Business Administration on 2nd August at your esteemed college.

I was waiting to get admission in this course since last year. Now i got the admission and i have to cancel this because of the health issue that my father is struggling. He is suffering from major arteries blockage and doctor preferred him for angioplasty and informed in advance that in case that procedure will not help him to recover, then they have to undergone the full surgery at the same by seeing the complications at that time. My father needs me in that critical situation because no body is with him in Amsterdam at that time.

Considering my situation, i would like to request you to shift me to another course, if available. Though i have checked the online website showing all the courses but i found Post graduate in human resource most interested. If there will be any seat available, please arrange that for me.

I would really appreciate your understanding and help regarding this.
