You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to cancel my booking for the part-time English course.

I am a last year BA Student and we have the option to choose a part-time language course. I have booked a spot in Advance English that is starting next summer on May 23, 2026.

As per my research, French is the most accepted language in Canada and hence I have changed my mind to learn French rather than advancing my knowledge in English. I am moving to Canada after a year for my further studies and I believe that this course will make my transition easy in Canada

Can you please provide me more details for the French course that is starting a week later than my present course. I need information like the timings of the course and the availability for the course.
