You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request the change in the course for which I already enrolled at your college.

Despite all the research, I took admission for a part-time diploma in Project management for 2 years. Previously, I assumed this study will not only offer me better career opportunities, but also will assist me in future growth.

As I am working as a supply coordinator in DP world, now I figured out that supply chain management is better option than Project management as it align with my real-life work experience. Also, this course is more practical which includes networking with business persons that helps me to boost my social skills.

So, It's my humble request to switch my course into Supply Chain Management for the same duration. I am attaching my all details hereinafter.
