You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you about a part time course which I have booked it in the July month for my further study in culinary management. However, I am really excited to start my study but due to some reason , I could not able to start at this moment.

To begin with, the course which I have already registered is culinary management and administration. Moreover, this course inculcates me with different types of culinary skills which would be really helpful to me in my own field. I have been waiting for this opportunity to learn extra skills but due to the family wedding , I need to cancel my booking for next month. If you could offer me a different course then it would be a great help for me. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
