You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I amHirenkumar Rabari, Writing this mail to cancellation of the part-time social service worker course booking at the northern college.

On the 1st August, 2026 I had booked a part-time course at the northern college location. That time I used to work as a chief so I have plenty of time in the evening that is why booked that course. Moreover, Recently, I am got promoted as Manager at my workplace so now I do not have time in the evenings that is why I want to cancel my booking for that course.

However, I wants to enroll in the Addication and Mental Health online course for this fall semester. Because that course provides different times of classes and it is virutal classs, so i can attend that from my workplace too. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
