Firstly, I would like to explain that I would not be able to attend the course because my work schedule has recently changed, and I now have to work during the evenings. Moreover, it would be difficult for me to attend the classes with same time regularly. I sincerely appologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I would also like to ask you that I can take other course which is Human Resource Management. It would be possible to book the different course, because I am interesting in this course. Could you please provide me all information about this course like schedules and fees?

I would really appreciate that if you cancel by booking.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have successfully addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: identifying the course, explaining the reason for cancellation, and inquiring about an alternative course. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a college administrator. The purpose of the letter is clear from the beginning, and the ideas are developed sufficiently to meet the requirements of the task. To reach a higher band, ensure that your opening and closing salutations are consistent; you began with 'Dear college administrator' but the prompt provided 'Dear Sir or Madam,' which should be followed exactly.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized with clear paragraphing. Each paragraph focuses on a specific aspect of the task, which helps the reader follow your points easily. You used some cohesive devices such as 'Firstly,' 'Moreover,' and 'I would also like to ask,' which help to connect your ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by minor grammatical issues that affect the smoothness of the sentences. To improve, ensure that your transition between the cancellation request and the inquiry about the new course is more seamless by using more varied linking phrases.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You used relevant terms such as 'part-time course,' 'work schedule,' and 'inconvenience.' However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'I am interesting in this course' (should be 'interested') and 'cancel by booking' (should be 'cancel my booking'). These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision of your writing. Expanding your vocabulary to include more formal alternatives for common verbs would help elevate your score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors, such as 'writing a letter regarding to cancel' (should be 'regarding the cancellation of'), 'with same time' (should be 'at the same time'), and 'I would also like to ask you that I can take' (should be 'ask if I can take'). These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding your intent. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage will help improve your accuracy.
