You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well. Through this letter i want to let you know that recently i booked a part time course in your esteemed oraganisation. But due to some reason i want to cancel it .

I took admission in part time electrician course for the upcoming fall intake. But now when government release information about about the job sector in different fields and talking to some experienced individuals of this field, i decide to drop this course and looking forward to book the in demand course on Artificial Intelligence. Please let me know the procedure of cancelling the booking of the current course and the time period by which i can get the money back.

Thanks for looking into the matter and hope for the best outcome you can provide. Please let me know if you required any information regarding my booking. I will add copy of documents of required for the details with this letter.
