You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a letter to let you know that I want to cancel my course booking and transfer to another course at your college.

I have recently book part time Accounting Assistant course offered by your college. I have already accepted the offer letter and pay first semester fees.

I would like to cancel the booking of the course because I have received job offer from International company as Marketing Manager. I am planning to pursue my career in Marketing Department.

I would like to change my previous course to Business Management and Marketing Development. I believe this course would help me to strengthen my career in Marketing department. I would appreciate if you could help me in booking new course. Let me know duration, fee structure and other details about course.
