You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to request the cancellation of my recently booked place on part-time Business Administration course, which is scheduled to begin next month.

Although I was initially interested in studying this subject, I have recently received an opportunity to enrol in a course that is more related to my long-term career goals. As a result, I believe that my current booking course would not be the suitable decision. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could cancle my registration and inform me whether I am eligible for a refund of the course fee.

In addition, I would like to ask whether it would be possible to transfer my booking to the part-time Health Care Assistant course instead. I am particularly interested in this programme because it is not only relevant to my professional interestd but also help me develop practical skills for my future career.

Could you please let me know if there are any available places on this course and explain the procedure for changing my booking? I would also appreciate information about my additional fees or forms that may be required.
