Dear Sir,
I am Hirenkumar Rabari writing this regarding the cancellation of my bokking for the early childhood education course.
I am Hirenkumar Rabari, currently working full-time at stacked pancake house, had recently confirmed by enrollerment in Northern College, for the early childhood edcuation for this winter. It's supposed to be going stared on 9th september.
However, the timetable of this course is not suitable for me because of my professional life. I works at the resturant as Manager in the mornings, so I only have leisure time in the eveings and on weekends. Apart from that all classes are in-class so it's even making it mpore harder to commute. Meanwhile, I want to request you to transffered me to the Social Service Worker course, I really wants to explore more about harm reduction and also that course timetable is not only good for me beacuse all classes are after 4 pm but, also online so it is gone be very esay for me to commute to the classes.
Thank you very much for you time nd considertations, Let me know if need any further infromation.
best regards,
Hirenkumar

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response successfully addresses all three bullet points of the task. You clearly identify the course booked, explain the scheduling conflict caused by your work commitments, and request a transfer to the Social Service Worker course. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to an administrator. However, the development of ideas is slightly hindered by repetitive phrasing and some lack of clarity in the explanation of the new course. To reach a higher band, ensure that the transition between your current situation and your request is smoother and more concise, avoiding redundant information about your personal background.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter follows a logical progression, moving from the purpose of the letter to the explanation and finally the request. Paragraphing is present, though the structure is somewhat cramped. You use some cohesive devices like 'However' and 'Apart from that', but the flow is occasionally interrupted by awkward phrasing and run-on sentences. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the overall cohesion would benefit from a more formal structure and better paragraph breaks to separate the introduction, the explanation, and the request clearly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, but there are several spelling errors (e.g., 'bokking', 'enrollerment', 'edcuation', 'mpore', 'transffered', 'infromation') that detract from the professional tone. While you attempt to use specific terminology related to your work and the course, the frequent spelling mistakes and some awkward word choices (e.g., 'gone be very esay') limit the precision of your writing. To improve, focus on proofreading for common spelling errors and using more formal, precise vocabulary suitable for a business-related request.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('I works', 'I really wants') and incorrect verb forms ('it's supposed to be going stared'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma splices and the misuse of capitalization. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of these errors prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense usage will significantly improve your accuracy.
