You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to formally request regarding the part-time course I have booked at your college lately. The course I enrolled was English learning course (Code 6730), since I am going to apply for common wealth scholarship and for that I have to clear the IELTS with at least 8 bands.

Course starts from 1st October 2026 however due to some family reason I have to travel out of the town, which is why I will not be able to take the classes in this course. I request to you kindly cancel my booking for this course.

Since the fee I have paid is not refundable and I am not in the town during the course period. Will i get enroll in next course? I will be thankful if you resolve my issue.
