You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a letter you. I love AI engineering, which is essential for my future. So that is why I want to enroll in it. I like this course since my higher study. But now I get a chance for enrolling in it.

Unfortunately, I have to cancel the booking of this course just because of part time job schedule. This course timing and my jobs timing are clash each others. As a result, I am not able to attend the classes of this course. Therefore, I would appreciate you if you cancel my booking and let me know I am eligible for refund.

I am still interested in studying at your college. I am looking for new course that would have flexible timing, and I would definitely enroll in course in future.
