You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear sir/ madam,

My name is Alvina Panchal. Recently, I enrolled myself in a part-time course which I would like to withdraw my admission due to a genuine reason. Please allow me to explain the situation leading to this matter.

I have been admitted in the part-time course called 3D painting which was three months long course. I was assuming to finish in this September intake. But now as I was a casual school teacher and my school has decided to hire me for full time position as a Yoga instructor. Therefore, I have to withdraw this course for now.

But, the exciting part is that I would be having summer holidays for three months due to school vacations. So , I can book next intake which is in March. As well as I can also do another course called digital marketing which can help me in future go get job exposure.
