You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

My name is Jasnpreet Kaur and I am a student of one of your upcoming course at your college. I am writing this letter to request for cancellation of my booking.

Recently I booked a slot for a part-time business management course at your college, starting from 8th of September and I registered for the evening batch from 5 to 9 P.M.

Furthermore, I need to cancel my booking as I am doing a full-time job along with my studies and for the upcoming weeks my work schedule is collapsing with my class timing. I cannot change my availability at office since my boss told me that this is the busiest month of the year.

Moreover, could you please provide me a list of available slots for any different course in the same semester, but I prefer to join online classes.

I hope will will understand and cancel my booking for this part-time course.
