You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in concern with cancellation of part-time course which I booked last week.

Recently, I booked HR strategy part time course in your college as I am from IT profession it helps me in gaining knowledge about recruiting employees.

But unfortunately I have to cancel this course because my manager wants me to do some database course which helps me in gaining knowledge about some cloud based memory which is using by Multinational companies and also for upcoming project in my office.

Therefore I want switch to Cloud Computing course which helps me in improve my IT skills which is also useful to me in this profession. If it is possible please enroll me into this course. This certification will also help in getting me promoted in my job.
