You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apprise you that I am Khushdeep Kaur who have recently enrolled in a part-time course called Business plan at your college. This will start on Monday of August 24th in the Morning slot.

Unfortunately, I want to cancel booking of this course as My sister has advised me to take part in project management course. The reason behind is that it would help me to get better opportunity for future carrier in international company or in abroad because I am planning that after completing this part-time course, I will move to abroad for further carrier.

I would like to ask for making different booking for project management course instead of Business plan in your college. I hope that you will consider my request and i would appreciate for your understanding. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
