Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points of the task: identifying the course, explaining the reason for cancellation, and requesting a different course. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter. However, the development of ideas is slightly limited. For instance, the explanation for the cancellation is a bit vague, and the request for the 'human healthy program' lacks clarity regarding specific dates or course codes. To improve, ensure that each point is fully expanded with relevant details to provide the administrator with a clear understanding of your situation. Overall, the task requirements are met, but the communication could be more precise.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter follows a logical progression, moving from the purpose of the letter to the explanation and finally the request. However, the paragraphing is insufficient; the entire body of the letter is presented as one large block, which makes it harder to read. Additionally, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical. For example, the transition 'However my arrival will be after a month' is abrupt. Using more varied linking words and creating distinct paragraphs for each main point would significantly improve the flow and structure of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, but there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice. For example, 'commence of program' is grammatically incorrect; 'start of the program' or 'commencement of the program' would be better. Similarly, 'human healthy program' is not a natural collocation. There are also some spelling errors, such as 'dissapointment' and 'intrest'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensuring correct spelling of common words. Expanding your range of formal vocabulary would also help convey your message more professionally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in punctuation and grammar. For example, there are missing spaces after periods (e.g., 'website.personally'), inconsistent capitalization, and issues with article usage (e.g., 'I have my flight to Saudia Arabia'). Some sentences are run-on, such as 'I have my flight to Saudia Arabia and i will be out of country for another matter of concern.' Improving your control over basic punctuation and sentence boundaries will make your writing much clearer and more accurate.
