You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to cancel my registration for the Part-time Pharmacy Assistant course. I want to apologize for this headache first. I enrolled myself as i was thinking it is a good career growth and development but now i came to know that practicum is not including in this but i need hand-on internship or practical knowledge to choose it as my career path.

However, I would like to request you to transfer my reservation from this course to Pharmacy Technician Course as it accomplish my required requirement. Please, let me know the documents, fees structure and the process of transferring to another course. And, I saw the posted course details it says this will include internship i want to know thoroughly about that.
