You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

Dear Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to request you, recently I took admission in child development : the early year part time course and I want to cancel that course booking. The reason behind the course cancel is that conflict schedule of full time studies. This course is only available on Tuesday morning 09:00 to 11:00 but on Tuesday I have compulsory Field Placement In the morning 08:00 to 04:00. Due to this, I am not able to attend this in person class.

Moreover, I also want take information regarding french language part time course. Do you offering that course online? if yes please can you send me more details about that. I have keen on language and I personally interested to take admission. I have one more confusion, I will get credit back in my account or if you are offering me that course so you will be transfer my credit in that course. I am waiting for your response.
