You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you to cancel the booking of a part-time course at the college.

As I am a final year student and my computer exam is due next month, so, I booked a python language part-time course to prepare for the exam. I booked this course on recommendations from my friends, who also enrolled for the same course.

Unfortunately, I got a news from the college administration that the python language exam got cancelled indefinitely. This is because of the illegal activity such as paper-leak. Consequently, as there is no certainty of exams to happen in near future, I want you to cancel the booking of part-time course and refund the money.

However, there is another skill that I want to acquire and for that one of your part-time courses on Java can help me. Therefore, I request you to book the part-time course of Java for me. You can let me know if it incurs any additional charges.

Hope you understand my situation and look into this as a priority.
