You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to cancel my enrollment for the part-time "Food Science" course because of the in-person classes. I was mistaken about it being online but due to my work timings I cannot attend it offline.

My registration was done in the course starting May 2026. It was major in Food Science which was about to led by Professor Parikh. The class timings are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be conducted only during weekends.

I would like to withdraw my name because I was expecting it to be online as I am full-time working professional. However, when I got the schedule it stated to attend it in-person which will be quite difficult for me as it clashes with my work hours. Additionally, the classes are also longer than my expectations.

I would be grateful if you could suggest me some other part-time and online courses at your college relevant to same subject.

I hope you understand my concern and cancel my enrollment.
