You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my booking for the part-time Business Administration course, which I recently enrolled at your college.

Unfortunately, I have recently been given an important project to work on, which requires a considerable amount of time and concentration. Moreover, my new work schedule makes it difficult for me to attend classes regularly. Therefore, I feel regret to say I am not able to continue this programme.

However, I would like to inquire about other short courses available, which I can done online. I am particularly interested in a course related to office administration, as it would be more suitable for my current schedule. Please let me know which courses are available and whether my current booking can be transferred to another course.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation and provide me with information about the alternative courses.
