You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to cancel an advanced computer course which I booked recently at our college.

Around one week ago, I enrolled in a part time course for an advanced computer skills because every summer our college is providing a different skill courses to our students at free of cost.

Additinally, my family is planning for a summer vacation to our village in next two weeks. Me and my family is visiting our village after a ten years and I do not want to miss this opportunity to meet my grandparents. Also I am taking a leave for ten days and I would not be able to attend part-time course.

Lastly, it would be great if you consider my cancellation request for an upcoming computer classes. Although it would be hard for me to do this course, I am ready to do another course in next batch.
