You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing a letter to apologize for my mistake which I did in the booking of course also I want to infrom you that i would like to cancel my booking and want to swich to another course.

Firstly, I am Kaira and last month I applied for MSC healthcare leadership course at BPP university and my referance number is 1043. Moreover, this is a part-time course so I thought I can study with my physio job.

Secondly, I am really sorry but I need to cancel my booking for that course. I wanted to do part-time study because I need to improve my skills and knowlegde towards my work but I realized that this is the different course which i booked for it.

Lastly, I would like to request to administration department that could you please transfer my first installment and admission to the MSC physio course at your university that will be a great favour from you.

Furthermore, If you need any other documentations or information regarding that please let me know. Thank you so much for your time and considerations.
