You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to cancel a part-tme course which I booked recently at a college.

Recently, I have booked a manual therapy course which is a part-time course for 3 months. Being physiotherapist, this course help me to diagnose and treat patients more precisely and confidently. This course includes various orthopedic condtions treatment through manual therapy such as soft tissue release and manipulation. It is around 3 months part-time course, so this course is suitable for me and my college schedules.

Unfortunately, this course costs around a fifty thousands rupees. As a student it would be difficult for me to manage such a huge amount. Hence, I decided to cancel my enrollement in this course.

However, I am interested in a sports manual therapy course, which is for two months and pocket friendly. This course is almost similar to the manual therapy course, but more focused towards sports atheletes.

I would appreciated it if you could cancel my booking and change for anothe course.
